1. Nature of Services

All services provided are spiritual, holistic, and energy-based. They include, but are not limited to:

  • Energy & chakra healing

  • Shamanic healing

  • Compassion Key trauma healing

  • Regression sessions

  • Tarot readings & mediumship

  • Spiritual guidance & coaching

These services are intended for personal growth, spiritual guidance, and emotional support, not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • I am not a licensed medical professional.

  • Clients are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals for any physical, mental, or medical conditions.

  • Sessions may support emotional well-being, but results are not guaranteed and vary per individual.

3. Confidentiality

  • All client information, discussions, and session content is kept confidential.

  • Exceptions include situations required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

  • Session recordings, if requested, are stored securely and shared only with the client.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Payment is required to secure your session.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% fee.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and well-being.

  • Spiritual, emotional, and energetic guidance may raise personal insights or emotional responses; clients should be prepared to process these safely.

  • Sessions are most effective with an open mind, honest communication, and self-reflection.

6. Payment & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through Ko‑fi.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in rare circumstances at the practitioner’s discretion.

  • Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase, otherwise unused sessions may expire.

7. Personal Empowerment

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

  • Services are intended to support your personal and spiritual growth, not to replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

  • The practitioner is not liable for any outcomes from sessions.

8. Consent

By booking a session, you confirm that you:

  • Are over the age of 18 (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)

  • Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Disclosures

  • Consent to receive spiritual, energetic, and coaching services
